Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.kenzielaneflorals.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it.

Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. By engaging with the website and placing an order you also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Florence Boulevarde reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.


    • We collect your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This information will not be passed on to any third parties.
    • Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation and an onscreen message confirming your order. If you do not receive these there may have been an issue processing your order. Please contact us if this occurs.


    • Wednesday, Friday & Saturday deliveries only.
    • Orders must be placed by 2pm on Monday for Wednesday before and 2pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
    • All orders work under an ‘Authority to Leave’ system. We have the authority to leave your flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If there is nowhere safe to leave your flowers, we will attempt to contact the sender to re-arrange delivery. This delivery will be an extra cost to the sender. If we are unable to make contact, Kenzie Lane Florals is not able to redeliver, replace or refund your order.
    • Delivery is between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Please note we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time.
    • The delivery address provided is your responsibility. If changes need to be made please contact us via email as early as possible. You will receive written confirmation once we have received this. Please note changes to address will need to be confirmed by 8.00am on the Friday of your delivery.


    • Flowers are selected by Kenzie Lane Florals and are guaranteed to be fresh and of high quality.
    • Number of bunches are limited. Product availability will be updated.


    • Kenzie Lane Florals only delivers on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.


    • Kenzie Lane Florals are unable to offer refunds if incorrect order or delivery information is provided. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure details provided are correct.
    • Kenzie Lane Florals does not offer refunds for change of mind.
    • If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please contact us and we will respond directly. We guarantee high quality product. Refund or credit for dissatisfaction will be done so within reason and at our discretion.
    • Colour and variation of product will vary. Natural products are subject to differences and environmental impacts. No two products will be the same.
    • Incorrect delivery address provided will result in an additional delivery cost.

    If you are not in agreeance with the above Terms and Conditions please do not place an order. All discrepancies will be referenced back to the above terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions cover all orders, quotes, emails and communication with Kenzie Lane Florals
